What This Site Is

This site is a private reference resource. It does not store official inmate records, court files, booking photos, warrants, or custody records, and it cannot confirm custody status, release a person, post bond, schedule a visit, or file court documents.

The site points visitors toward Horry County inmate and jail-record resources, South Carolina custody tools, federal and immigration locators, and third-party research tools where those tools appear.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the site to break any law.
• Do not use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not make hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or similar screening decisions from site content.
• Do not try to gain unauthorized access to the site, servers, or partner systems.
